How Lucas Media starts a client relationship.

Our approach to creating an excellent service will ideally include getting to know the companies representative and/or the Communications and Marketing team members, your culture and your expectations.
It will be vitally important to establish good relationships early on, and build on them throughout the lifetime of project, contract or ongoing business relationship. This is a familiar approach for us at Lucas Media, and we successfully use it for all of our key customers.

Experience tells us that face-to-face engagement is the most effective way of building this level of understanding. Therefore, especially at the start of our relationship, as well as at the beginning of every new project or activity, we will arrange meetings with your key people in order to fully understand the requirements.
If travel and movement restrictions continue in 2020 and even beyond, however, we will engage remotely utilising video conferencing facilities or the good old fashion phone.

Our number one priority with any client is to deliver what is expected of us on time and within an agreed budget. We are an agile and forward thinking agency who are proven problem solvers and don’t get distracted from the job in hand and give 100% focus to any job no matter how big or small.
